These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hhimmersive.com website and the Hard Hat Immersive Learning Platform™ (collectively, the "Services") operated by Hard Hat Immersive ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Services or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our Services
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our Services
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Platform Access

Access to the Hard Hat Immersive Learning Platform™ is governed by a separate agreement between Hard Hat Immersive and your organization. Individual learner and administrator access is subject to the terms of that agreement. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Accounts

If you are provided account credentials for our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of those credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and training content—are owned by Hard Hat Immersive or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without prior written permission.

Training Content

Training content available through the platform is licensed for use by authorized learners within your organization's account. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our training content without express written authorization.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HARD HAT IMMERSIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hard Hat Immersive and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
