First Aid: CPR & AED

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) are life-saving skills that can make the difference between life and death in emergency situations. According to the American Heart Association (AHA), immediate CPR can double or even triple the chances of survival after cardiac arrest. Coupled with the use of an AED, the chances of survival increase significantly. This course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and hands-on skills required to effectively administer CPR and operate an AED during cardiac emergencies.
